1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pak236 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pak236.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. Continued use of pak236 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pak236, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak236 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must register using your real name, accurate date of birth and valid contact details. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms.
• You may only hold one account on pak236. If you already have an account, you must not create a second one — even under a different name or email address.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You confirm that you are using pak236 voluntarily and that your participation in betting or casino games is recreational.

pak236 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification, and proof of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Responsibilities

Your pak236 account is your personal responsibility. You are accountable for all activity that takes place under your account, including bets placed, transactions made and any communications sent using your login credentials.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone. pak236 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password. You are responsible for activity that occurs before you report a security issue.
• Do not allow other people to use your account, even family members. Each person who wants to use pak236 must register their own account.
• Keep your contact details up to date. An outdated email or phone number can delay account recovery and withdrawal verification.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with any laws applicable to online betting in your jurisdiction. pak236 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

4Deposits & Payments

pak236 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

• All deposits must come from a payment account or card that belongs to you. Using a third-party payment method is not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process in your account.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• pak236 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your bank or wallet provider.
• Do not attempt to reverse or dispute a deposit after it has been used for betting. Chargebacks made fraudulently will result in account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. If that is not possible, an alternative method may be arranged through support.
• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes identity verification and confirmation of your payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated on the Withdrawal page. Processing times vary by payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed in your account during the withdrawal request process.
• If a bonus has been applied to your account, wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Bonus terms are detailed on the Promotions page.
• pak236 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is a standard security measure.

6Bonuses & Promotions

pak236 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not real money. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for qualifying bets, and expiry dates vary per promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. pak236 may decline to offer a bonus, or void a bonus already credited, if there is evidence that it is being used in a way that exploits the promotion rather than engaging with the platform genuinely.
• pak236 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This does not affect bonuses already in progress that are being used in good faith.
• Free bet bonuses, if offered, are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from free bets, subject to the stated wagering requirement, are withdrawable.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pak236, including Cricket, PSL, Football, T20 internationals and Esports markets.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless pak236 explicitly offers a cash-out option on that market.
• pak236 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a market has been settled incorrectly, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• In the event of a match being postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type — these are detailed in the betting rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. There may be brief delays in odds updates during live events. Bets placed during a delay will be accepted at the odds that were displayed, not any updated price.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are shown during the bet placement process.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, latency in live odds, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage will result in bets being voided and the account reviewed.

For Cricket specifically — PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — markets include but are not limited to match winner, top batsman, total runs, over-by-over totals and player performance milestones. Market availability depends on the specific match and competition.

8Casino Games

Casino games on pak236 — including Live Casino, Slots and table games — are governed by the following rules in addition to the general terms above.

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of each spin are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by previous results.
• Live Casino games are hosted by third-party studio providers. The rules of each game are governed by the studio's own game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and are theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee specific returns in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game — such as a disconnection mid-round — the game will resume from the last confirmed game state where possible. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned.
• Casino game history and bet records are maintained in your account for your reference. If you believe there has been an error in how a game round was settled, contact support with the game round ID.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pak236. Engaging in any of these may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure of your account.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic aids to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discovered bug may be voided.
• Using pak236 for money laundering or any other financial crime. All suspicious activity is reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Attempting to reverse deposits or raise fraudulent chargebacks after funds have been used on the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing a self-exclusion or account closure.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access pak236 from a location where you are not permitted to use the platform.

10Suspension & Closure

pak236 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases of serious fraud or security risk.
• If you wish to close your own account, contact support directly. Your account will be closed promptly and any remaining real-money balance processed for withdrawal, subject to verification requirements.
• You may also request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period. See the Responsible Gaming page for details.
• In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money funds not connected to the breach will be returned after review.

• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• pak236 does not guarantee that any particular betting strategy or system will produce a profit. All betting involves risk and past results do not predict future outcomes.

14Changes to Terms

pak236 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
